Santiago R. Palmer “Plaza”

Caguas, Puerto Rico

This “plaza” connects the concepts of space for passive recreation and park with elements such as fountains, a pond, the aviary, the carousel, and the kiosks. It has remained as the main public space of the city.

This square is considered one of the largest and most beautiful squares in Puerto Rico. Here you can find kiosks of Puerto Rican coffee prepared by baristas, rice flour fritters, fried codfish fritters, other traditional fritters, local sweets, skewers, piñas coladas and smoothies.
